The group offers services such as disposal and destruction of end-of-life IT assets, secure data removal, repair, refurbishing, distribution, installation, and resale of refurbished IT equipment.

The challenge   

Circular IT Group engaged with Matchr in 2022 to help expand their company into the EU market by sourcing and recruiting Account Managers for their new International Sales Team based out of the Netherlands.


The solution    

We joined Circular IT Group’s team with a Senior Recruitment Specialist to hit the ground running, hire quickly and provide relevant market insights on, e.g., the size and the costs of the talent pool.

We worked fully embedded in Circular IT Group’s HR team to hire multilingual sales specialists in the Dutch market.

Circular IT Group and Matchr worked collaboratively to ensure that best practices for the recruitment process were designed and implemented, standard routines were set up, and hiring managers were educated.


The results    

We helped design and implement the standard hiring processes and collaboration between the hiring and recruitment teams, resulting in a strong foundation for future growth. We helped optimize and ensure quicker turnarounds in the hiring process.

Matchr provided the senior leadership of Circular IT Group with relevant data and a benchmark on the size and costs of the relevant talent pool in the Netherlands and set up the hiring strategy and approach for hiring the team.

Next to helping set up the structure, Matchr helped bring in account managers in the Netherlands with fluency in at least 2 languages at an average cost per hire of EUR 7,000.
