The Challenge
Deel, the fastest-growing SaaS business globally, faced significant growth challenges. Their goal to streamline managing an international workforce demanded an increase in hiring, including in engineering, customer success, and finance. In 2023, as Deel aimed to scale their hiring further, they realized that their internal resources were insufficient for the ambitious targets. Thus, they sought a reliable external RPO company, leading Deel to partner with Matchr in July 2023.
The Solution
Matchr provided Deel with an experienced team of 3 sourcers and 1 recruiter, skilled in international hiring across Europe and South America, for a six-month period. We integrated seamlessly, aligning with Deel’s culture. Matchr provided Deel with the flexibility and experience they were seeking.
The Results
Matchr’s efforts led Deel to their best hiring month in August 2023, sourcing over 8200 candidates and facilitating more than 800 interviews.
