At MatcHR it is our mission to make recruitment accessible to everyone and help talent find their dream job anywhere in the world. We work from our office in Kiev and provide dedicated sourcing and recruitment services for a fixed fee per month for clients across the globe.

We are growing very rapidly due to our innovative business model and are proud to say that we are working for companies spread over 2 continents across 4 countries and many more clients are expected to join us soon.

What your mission will be

As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be using all available tools and your own creativity to find the best professionals for our customers. You will closely work with one or several talent researchers and talent acquisition consultants to find, attract and interview candidates for our international customers. Your main priority is to make our customers as happy as possible by providing them with the best professionals on the market that meet their criteria.

Where you will be based

Our office is located in the coworking space called Izone in Podil near Tarasa Shevchenka metro station. We like you to come to our office every day because we just simply like to work with each other. We have very flexible working hours and it is no problem to work from home on occasions when this is necessary.

What we are looking for in you

  • University degree

  • 3-7 years of working experience as an IT recruiter

  • Management experience is preferred

  • Fluent in English both in speaking and writing

  • Analytical

How you will be measured

You will be (end) responsible to support our international clients in the best possible way.

The KPI’s will differ per customer and per role. Our customers should be impressed by the candidates you, and your team source and recruit. Moreover you will built a strong relationship with our customers to the point that they can’t imagine their lives without you and your team.

Your daily work will directly impact our most important KPI, customer satisfaction. On a monthly basis we track our client’s satisfaction on several criteria of which the most important question is whether they are still happy to work with us. Next to realizing great results for our clients we will also ask feedback from your team members whether they actually like working with and for you .

What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes we expect you to hit

First Month

Your first month at MatcHR! Welcome! We will train and bring you up to speed as quickly as possible. You will go through the MatcHR sourcing and recruitment bootcamp. We don’t expect to teach you more on sourcing and recruitment but that you will actually help us improve our onboarding process. At the same time, we will show you how to work efficient and professionally for multiple international companies.

From day one you will be responsible for one or more internationals clients. Depending on capacity you will work with one or more talent researchers and if necessary find and attract new talent researchers for your own team.

In your first weeks we will finalize your 30/60/90 day plan that you already wrote for yourself during the hiring process. Yes, we do indeed ask you to write your own plan before you even start .

Second Month

You have already made a great impact in your first month. You are fully in control for the clients you are working for and they truly see you as an expert when it comes to finding and attracting top professionals. Your team likes to work with you and you push them to develop themselves further.

You will be involved in the onboarding process of new talent researchers and talent acquisition specialists and tell them all about the tips & tricks you are using in your daily work and help them to become as successful as you are!

We will check whether you are on track on your 30/60/90 day plan and what areas need extra attention.

Third Month

Three months in already! Time flies . Based on the roles you are working for the targets will be set which will push and challenge you to make sure that our customers are as happy as we are with you. If all goes well the first business trip to meet your client(s) will be scheduled to further improve your client understanding and relation.

Your team loves to work with you and each other by creating a positive, result driven culture where mistakes are learnings and success is celebrated.

We will check whether you are on track on your 30/60/90 day plan and already create a new 90 day plan (sorry you will never stop learning!).

Sixth Month

Depending on how quickly you have grown we will discuss your responsibilities for the next 6 months. Possible outcomes could be that you will be working for several companies and roles at the same time, or work on more difficult roles. Most likely your team has grown because you have been able to find more opportunities to grow our sourcing and recruitment services with the clients you are working with. All your customers love to work with you.

One Year

Wow! One year at MatcHR! Something we will be celebrating for sure! After a year you will be training new talent researchers and talent acquisition consultants, you are the living example of making our customers very happy. You live our values and are actively involved in setting the pace for the organization and professionalize our processes. Based on your own and the company growth we will lay out the plan when you could potentially become team lead.
