Setting the scene

At MatcHR it is our mission to make recruitment accessible to everyone, everywhere. We work on a subscription based model and built long lasting partnerships with our customers all over the globe.

We are a fast growing, young and vibrant company. Currently we are working with companies based in Australia, the UK and the Netherlands but with the current growth rate we expect to work for companies on every continent soon (okay maybe not Antarctica but you get the drill).

To make recruitment accessible to everyone we are all the time looking for curious minds, with a positive attitude that want to help build our company and make an impact both for our customers and our candidates.

What your mission will be

As a sourcer you will be using all available tools and your own creativity to find the best talent for our customers. You will closely work together with one or several (senior) recruiters to fully understand the needs of our customers, find the right talent and do go all the way to make our customers as happy as you can by providing the best talent on the market that meets their criteria.

How you will be measured

You will be measured based on the quality of the output that you are able to generate for our customers. Our customers should be impressed by the longlists you provide and our recruiters should wonder how they have been able to train you this successful. The criteria will differ per customer and per role you will be sourcing for. This will add up to your most important KPI which is customer satisfaction which will be measured on a quarterly basis and needs to be an 8 or higher (on a scale of 10). Last but not least we will track how happy your team is with you.

What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes we expect you to hit

First Month

Your first month as a MatcHR! Welcome! We will train and bring you up to speed as quickly as possible so you are able to find any talent across the globe for our customers. You will go through the MatcHR sourcing and recruitment bootcamp and will join several client calls with (senior) recruiters. We will show what it takes to be successful, look for a suitable client that fits your skills and ensure you understand the client and his talent challenges. We expect you to be able to make your first long lists at the end of the month (don’t worry we will explain you what the long lists are).

Second Month

You will work dedicated for one or more clients and we expect you to put in practice everything you have learned the first month. You will have weekly 1 on 1’s with your (senior) recruiter to discuss your progress and development potential. Based on the roles you are sourcing for we will establish what output you need to hit.

Third Month

Three months in already! Time flies. You will start to feel much more confident and you have established a good relationship with the companies you are working with (not for). Based on the roles you are working for, the targets will be set which will push you and challenge you to make sure that our customers are as happy as we are with you.

 

Sixth Month

Depending on how quickly you have grown we will discuss your responsibilities for the next 6 months. Possible outcomes could be that you will be working for several companies and roles at the same time, or work for more difficult roles and/or do initial out reach yourself to candidates. All your customers rate your level of work with an 8 or higher.

One Year

Wow! One year at MatcHR! Something we will be celebrating for sure! After a year you will be training new sourcers, you are the living example of making our customers very happy. We will also discuss when and if you are able to make the next step and become a (junior) recruiter.
