At MatcHR it is our mission to make recruitment accessible to everyone, everywhere. We work on a subscription based model and built long lasting partnerships with our customers all over the globe.

We are a fast growing, young and vibrant company. Currently we are working with companies based in Australia, the UK and the Netherlands but with the current growth rate we expect to work for companies on every continent soon (okay maybe not Antarctica but you get the drill).

What your mission will be

As a recruiter you will be using all available tools and your own creativity to find the best talent for our customers. You will closely work with one or several sourcers to find, attract and interview candidates for our global customers. Your main priority is to make our customers as happy as possible by providing them with the best talent on the market that meets their criteria.

How you will be measured

You will be (end) responsible to support our clients in the best possible way. Whether it is finding or attracting talent or building up talent pools you know what it takes and want to give it your all our customers are happy.
The KPI’s will differ per customer and per role. This will add up to your most important KPI which is customer satisfaction which will be measured on a quarterly basis and needs to be an 8 or higher (on a scale of 10). In addition candidate satisfaction will be measured to ensure our candidates enjoy the MatcHR experience as well. Last but not least we will track how happy your team is with you.

What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes we expect you to hit

First Month

Your first month as a MatcHR! Welcome! We will train and bring you up to speed as quickly as possible. You will go through the MatcHR sourcing and recruitment bootcamp and will join several client calls with other (senior) recruiters. We will show what it takes to be successful, look for a suitable client that fits your skills and ensure you understand the client and his talent challenges. In your first month you will start to work for one or more clients to help them find the best talent possible.

Second Month

You will work dedicated for one or more clients. You will have your own responsibility towards this client and update (senior) recruiters/management with the progress you are making. You will interact directly with your client who sees you as his talent acquisition partner for all his searches.Of course we will ensure frequent check-ins / team sessions to ensure you can be efficient in the MatcHR organization. Based on the roles you are recruiting for we will establish what output you need to hit.

Third Month

Three months in already! Time flies. Based on the roles you are working for the targets will be set which will push you and challenge you to make sure that our customers are as happy as we are with you. If all goes well the first business trip to meet your client(s) will be scheduled to further improve your client understanding. You are onboarding new sourcers and training them in screening candidates.

Sixth Month

Depending on how quickly you have grown we will discuss your responsibilities for the next 6 months. Possible outcomes could be that you will be working for several companies and roles at the same time, or work for more difficult roles. All your customers rate your level of work with an 8 or higher.

One Year

Wow! One year at MatcHR! Something we will be celebrating for sure! After a year you will be training new sourcers and recruiters, you are the living example of making our customers very happy. We will also discuss when and if you are able to make the next step and become a senior recruiter.
