At MatcHR it is our mission to make recruitment accessible to everyone and help talent find their dream job anywhere in the world. We work from our office in Kiev and provide dedicated sourcing and recruitment services for a fixed fee per month for clients across the globe.

We are growing very rapidly due to our innovative business model and are proud to say that we are working for companies spread over 2 continents across 4 countries and many more clients are expected to join us soon.

As a consequence of our growth we constantly look for curious, positive people, that want to work for international companies, continue their career in recruitment and want to grow as an individual. Given the fast growth and the importance of finding and attracting the best talent to work with us we need a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What your mission will be

As a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be using all available tools and your own creativity to find the best talent for MatcHR to change the recruitment industry. You will be responsible to represent MatcHR at events and make the applicant journey as smooth as possible. Your main priority is to help us find, attract and onboard the best talent on the market that meet our ambitious criteria. Depending on our growth pace you might also be working for some of our global clients and help them find great talent as well. As we care as much about the quality that we hire for our clients as about the quality we hire for ourselves we mainly see this as an opportunity to understand our company, clients and colleagues even better.

Where you will be based

Our office is located in the coworking space called Izone in Podil near Tarasa Shevchenka metro station. We like you to come to our office every day because we just simply like to work with each other. We have very flexible working hours and it is no problem to work from home on occasions when this is necessary.

What we are looking for in you

  • University degree

  • 2-5 years of working experience in (corporate) recruitment

  • Fluent in English both in speaking and writing

  • Client centric

How you will be measured

You will be (end) responsible to help us find and attract the best talent on the market.

Your KPI’s will be around the numbers you deliver – number of applicants and number of hires – but conversion through the pipeline is really important to us, as we appreciate quantity over quality. In addition you will be measured on the candidate experience (do they enjoy our process) and on how well you represent our brand. We should be impressed by the candidates you source and recruit and the speed at which the hiring process is executed.

Your work will also impact our most important KPI which is customer satisfaction as the quality of the people we hire drives client satisfaction in the end. Next to realizing great results for our clients we will also ask feedback from your team members whether they actually like working with you ☺.

What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes we expect you to hit

First Month

Your first month at MatcHR! Welcome! We will train and bring you up to speed as quickly as possible. You will go through the MatcHR onboarding training and will join our interviews but also our client calls with other (senior) Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand our way of working.  We will show what it takes to be successful. In your first month you will start to work for our internal hiring and for one or more clients to help them find the best talent possible.

In your first weeks we will make a 30/60/90 day plan what company goals but also personal development goals you would like to achieve.

Second Month

You will now be in charge of our internal hiring process and possibly work for one or more clients. You will be responsible to identify how we might improve our interview process and start thinking about what activities we should consider to improve our employer branding.

You will be involved in the onboarding process of new Talent Researchers and Talent Acquisition Specialists and tell them all about the tips & tricks you are using in your daily work and help them to become as successful as you are!

We will check whether you are on track on your 30/60/90 day plan and what areas need extra attention.

Third Month

Three months in already! Time flies ☺. Based on your responsibilities the targets will be set which will push you and challenge you to make sure that we are getting the best results from you. If all goes well, new MatcHR’s will have joined already! We expect the first process improvements to be implemented and a recruitment strategy developed.

We will check whether you are on track on your 30/60/90 day plan and already create a new 90 day plan (sorry you will never stop learning!).

Sixth Month

Depending on how quickly you have grown we will discuss your responsibilities for the next 6 months. Implementation of the recruitment strategy should have started and we expect our recruitment process to be so smooth we can barely keep up with it ourselves. In addition to being happy about the new colleagues you bring in we also hope to be happy with how you support our internal team to help our clients in the best way possible.

One Year

Wow! One year at MatcHR! Something we will be celebrating for sure! After a year you will be onboarding new colleagues for the Corporate role, you are the living example of helping us hire the best talent in the market.
